Artist Reception - Julie Gunderson

Artist statement: "My artwork revolves around themes of fleeting moments, mortality, and impermanence. As a way to comment on our ephemeral nature I treat each scene with a degree of abstraction. Through my artwork I hope to reclaim this natural yet terrifying human experience by exploring these themes in a beautiful and inspiring presentation."
