FOOD is Medicine: The Scientific Evidence

Since 1956, Hippocrates Health Institute (HHI) and a few other organizations worldwide have maintained that an uncooked, organic, plant-based diet is the most effective path to superior health. Hippocrates has conducted hundreds of in-house observational studies on thousands of individuals that affirm this core principle. As understanding of living nutrition continues to evolve, more and more scientific data emerges to support HHI’s findings. In addition to the destructive nature of high heat on the living cells of plants, many chemical changes occur, causing dramatic reductions in nutritional levels.Come for an engaging discussion with Brian Clement, director of Hippocrates Health Institute, Q&A, book signing, and light refreshments! Register here. $20 in advance or $25 at the door.
