Vinyasa, meaning flow, incorporates breath with movement.  Each class has a
theme and differs in sequence depending on the focus each day.  Catherine combines her knowledge as a practitioner and an instructor, by giving adjustments and personal instruction as needed.   Her class combines serious practice with a sense of humor, lightheartedness and fun music.  Each student is encouraged to honor and listen to their bodies needs and never feel uncomfortable. She also strongly believes in yoga for every body and encourages beginners to take a chance!  Sundays & Tuesdays: $10, Wednesdays: $6.

This special beginner series will cover the basic patterns of West Coast Swing, and give you partnering and lead/follow fundamentals that will get you through any social dance situation.  Absolutely no prior dance experience is necessary. You don’t even need to have a partner. All you need is a willingness to try new things. Have friends that are interested in dance? Bring them too!  Lightweight shoes that can rotate on a wooden floor are best (avoid grippy soles).

Four Week Series (8 Hours of instruction):  $40, Students $26
